Host Dennis Morton discusses the February 12th event and relives some history of poetry festivals in Santa Cruz with long-time locals T. Mike Walker, Jerry Kamstra, Stephen Kessler and Ron Lampi, joined by a young poet recently arrived from LA, Sarah Cruse.
In addition to the news and nostalgia, Dennis makes sure that all five have time to read some poetry. This major poetry event, organized by local poetry promoter and recent Poetry Show guest Daniel Yaryan (Sparring with Beatnik Ghosts), is scheduled for February 12 at the Cocoanut Grove.
