What is it with Zombies? I couldn’t help notice an article on the front page our local paper Sunday edition. The headline read: “Homeland Security: Marines, police plan mock zombie invasion”. Is this not proof that Zombies are a real threat? They’re everywhere! It’s out of control. These walking dead have permanently invaded our pop culture and they’re not going anywhere soon. Movies, tv, games, books, costumes and they are firmly entrenched in music. Every genre has a zillion songs about zombies. Listen to some of the tracks I came across in the audio piece above.
